Data deletion and export
Disconnecting Google
“Your connections” → “Disconnect Google”. Paulinka's access ends immediately, and the revocation at Google is performed and — on failure — retried. Disconnecting alone does not delete data created earlier.
Deleting Google data
“Your connections” → “Privacy and data” → “Delete Google data”. You confirm with your password and a phrase. Until the request completes, Paulinka fetches no Google data. The request:
- disconnects Google and revokes access,
- deletes briefings, matter conversations about Calendar and Gmail items and conversation replies created from Google data,
- deletes the assistant's entire conversation memory (it cannot be safely split),
- invalidates private copies on your devices the next time they connect.
The wider scope also deletes history recorded before Paulinka started marking data provenance. Context entries and tasks you accepted are your own records and are not deleted automatically — you can review and delete them in the app or delete the whole account.
Backups are not edited entry by entry: local ones expire after at most 30 days, off-server ones according to their configured retention. Restoring an older backup first re-applies the registered deletions before the installation is made available.
Deleting the account
“Privacy and data” → “Delete account”. Access is blocked immediately and Google is disconnected; the operator permanently deletes the installation together with its backups. You can see the request status in the app until deletion.
Export
“Privacy and data” → “Download my data”. The JSON file contains your conversations, briefings, tasks, context and connection status — without passwords, tokens or keys.
